A day after Jones was forced to forfeit all but one of its wins, Durant became the latest team to be investigated for ineligible players and be asked to forfeit games.

The Lions were asked to forfeit their four wins this season earlier in the day Friday.

But a Bryan County district court judge granted a temporary restraining order that allowed the player, identified in court documents as quarterback Daryn Alves, to play in Friday night's game at Ardmore.

The winner of the game would make the Class 5A playoffs.

Somebody tell BTW all they have to do is file a restraining order to play in the playoffs.

The story is way too vague.
The principal question is WHO is asking Durant to forfeit wins?

The OSSAA doesn't "ask", they order.

The OSSAA doesn't have to run a court-ordered playoff game! They can just refuse to authorize a bracket and schedule referees.
The OSSAA created this mess by their own inept, inconsistant, and laxed "oversight"(or rather the lack of it).

Holland Hall & Casady are looking like geniuses for opting for another conference. This state's main prep sports organization is so screwed up!

When are the rural schools in Oklahoma going to revolt and create their own high school league? They didn't create this mess but their resources are being drained by the scandals.
