Third-ranked Broken Arrow (8-2) is averaging 36.4 points a game behind quarterback Archie Bradley and tailbacks Steven Hopper and Andrew Griffin and will look to open it up more against Enid (6-4) on Friday in the Class 6A playoffs.

“We’ve told Archie to cut loose,” coach Ron Lancaster said. “He likes to run and we want him to run a little more.

The junior QB has thrown for 1,145 yards and 18 TDs while Hopper has rushed for 665 and seven touchdowns.

Griffin gives the Tigers a different look in the backfield, something Lancaster hopes to exploit in the playoffs.

“I think we will try to use Steven and Andrew a little more,” Lancaster said.

The Tigers also have other offensive threats in Alex Cochran (27 catches, 473 yards, six TDs) and Ronnie Price (26 catches, 390 yards, three TDs).

Price is also a threat returning kicks, averaging 37.3 per return with one TD.

Jon Coleman, Jon Bullock, Terry Williamson, Adam Ford and James Renfrow key the Tigers defensive front.

There's that team attitude we've been trying to find all year. It takes a whole team to win a championship. Hope you figure that out before 7:30 tonight!!!
