At least five children have died in child-care facilities, four molested and 14 received injuries serious enough to prompt the closing of the facility during the last 18 months, a World investigation found.
    The World’s review of day-care inspection files also found that violating the limits on capacity ranks among the top violations for 1-star child-care homes in Tulsa County.
