Juneaux, a band made up of current and former Booker T. Washington High School students, features sophomore Ben Perrault on drums, senior Nathan Wright on vocals and guitar, 2007 graduate Chase Leapline on bass and junior Chris Akers as the guy behind the keyboard/synthesizer/sampler.
Juneaux, inspired by groups such as Of Montreal, Radiohead, Xiu Xiu, Animal Collective and Ratatat, aspires to create music that doesn't center on the guitar.
The members of Juneaux seek to continue their musical careers and they wish to be involved with music professionally.
