The first-place winner of the 2008 Satellite Battle of the Bands will receive the following: A free entry into the John Lennon Songwriting Contest; a professional recording session onboard the John Lennon Educational Tour Bus; $1,500 worth of gift cards from Saied Music Company in Tulsa; an Apple iPod Shuffle for each band member; a Crate Profiler Model 5; an AMPEG - BA112 Bass Combo; a Godin guitar; 1,000 custom CDs in a full-color jacket and three-color on-disc printing courtesy of Disc Makers; a Pro Account on purevolume.com; track jackets from NAAM; and a Maxell prize package from each band member.

The second place winner will get $500 in merchandise at Saied Music.

The third place winner will receive a $250 Saied Music Company gift card.

The winner of the Bart Betow Memorial People’s Choice Award will get $500, courtesy of the Betow family of Tulsa.
