How do you think the city should finance the estimated $1.6 billion in street improvements necessary to bring them to an average grade?
The Mayor, City Council and the "Complete Our Streets" panel, along with our local federal and state legislators should seek funding from the state and federal levels.

What do you think the city should do to further development along the Arkansas River and how should it be funded?
I am concerned that development along the river could have the same demise as the Main Street Mall project. Future development should be scrutinized as to its longevity and benefits for future generations.

Would you support/not support public financial assistance to further downtown commercial development that could include a baseball stadium for the Drillers team? Please explain your position.
The stadium at 15th Street and Yale Avenue was built with donated funds. I would prefer private funding for the new stadium.

What would be three goals you would like to accomplish if you are elected?
Improve public safety. Protect property values. Promote economic development.

What do you see as personal strengths that you would bring to the position?
Others have told me that I am a straightforward person who is reliable, dependable, compassionate, sincere, tenacious and passionate. I have lived in Tulsa for over 38 years.
