How do you think the city should finance the estimated $1.6 billion in street improvements necessary to bring them to an average grade?
The truth of the matter is that is a sticky matter for all Tulsans. We are trying to correct the bad decisions of the past by building on properties and not putting in infrastructure first. At the same time, put in proper street improvements to make Tulsa dynamic as possible for the next 50 to 100 years. We have to have a wide variety of engineering professionals come in and talk to us about first what is reasonable and what is the most economical.

What do you think the city should do to further development along the Arkansas River and how should it be funded?
It is of utmost important to Tulsa that we make one of our greatest natural resources financially relevant to our communities. It makes Tulsa a 21st century city, more of a tourist destination, brings more money to our market. Nothing is for free and we have to be apart of our own recovery. It must be both public and private funding.

Would you support/not support public financial assistance to further downtown commercial development that could include a baseball stadium for the Drillers team? Please explain your position.
Absolutely support if you look at any big or small city in the country, the cornerstone of the security and marketable it stimulates from healthy downtown. We do not have to reinvent the wheel but we can a better tire (downtown).

What would be three goals you would like to accomplish if you are elected?
Economic development of North Tulsa which keeps the dollar turning over in the community access to 24-hour a day health care (urgent care facility). Street infrastructure improvement that sparks economic development, creating a stronger base for educational institutions.

What do you see as personal strengths that you would bring to the position?
1. A working business knowledge of how economic development really works.
2. A work ethic that is second to none.
3. Being able to keep the community involved in real issues that affect the North Tulsa community.
4. Draw legitimate business to north Tulsa.
5. Bring order to a political climate that has been chaotic for years.
6. Working with neighborhood associations to create safer neighborhoods.
7.Marketing North Tulsa as a place of real commerce.
8. Creating an environment of hope and happy anticipation of the future.
