How do you think the city should finance the estimated $1.6 billion in street improvements necessary to bring them to an average grade?
Prioritize streets in the future 3rd penny sales tax projects.
Exhaust all methods to pay for streets without raising taxes such as looking into using the mineral interest within City of Tulsa owned property.
Make the most with what we already have.

What do you think the city should do to further development along the Arkansas River and how should it be funded?
We should take the best parts of the 'Channels' and the 'Kaiser Plan' and pay for it with the surplus in the Vision 2025 tax stream.
We should make the West bank of the Arkansas River available for private development, at approximately 23rd Street, using TIF, if necessary.

Would you support/not support public financial assistance to further downtown commercial development that could include a baseball stadium for the Drillers team? Please explain your position.
I support commercial development for the downtown area but I would have to see the specific plan before I could either support or not support it.

What would be three goals you would like to accomplish if you are elected?
1. Continue with the work of economizing our city government.
2. Continue to treat others with respect and dignity.
3. Help find and implement long term solutions to our most pressing problems, including having more police officers and fixing our streets.

What do you see as personal strengths that you would bring to the position?

1. Experience/education.
2. I stand my ground on positions. I feel my decisions are in the best interests of the citizens of Tulsa. I have not been swayed by party affiliation or special interest groups.
3. Willingness to do the work necessary to be an effective city councilor.
