How do you think the city should finance the estimated $1.6 billion in street improvements necessary to bring them to an average grade?
We're working on funding package. It looks like a good method would be extension of third penny plus G.O. Bonds specifically for streets, along with '4 to fix the city' and slight increase in property taxes.

What do you think the city should do to further development along the Arkansas River and how should it be funded?
Complete the Jones, Lang LaSalle study ASAP. Issue and rfp and get responses. Probably fund with state and local TIF.

Would you support/not support public financial assistance to further downtown commercial development that could include a baseball stadium for the Drillers team? Please explain your position.
No. I do not support public funds being spent for a ball park. Funding should come from private sector.

What would be three goals you would like to accomplish if you are elected?
1. Fund street rehab and ongoing maintenance.
2. Properly staff and fund TPD.
3. Bring Amtrack service to Tulsa.

What do you see as personal strengths that you would bring to the position?
Logical approach to problems, ability to work with all, even those who disagree.
