1. What are the top three issues in your district?
State sale of water. Protect Second Amendment rights. High price of fuel. Health care.
2. Lawmakers approved a stand-still budget for the coming fiscal year. Critics blamed previous tax cuts for a drop in revenues, while tax cut supporters say such cuts spur the economy. Do you believe Oklahoma can sustain additional tax cuts?
I voted against $60 million credit for basketball and I voted against $100 million tax credit for drilling and there are others. Without these, we could have had $300 million for roads and bridges without a bond.
3. Do you think illegal immigration is a serious problem facing Oklahoma? Why or why not?
Yes, great cost to health care and education.
4. Do you believe voters should be required to produce identification at the polls?
When in question.
5. Should the governor be taken out of the parole process?
