How would you describe your band's music?

Pop rock with a little soul.

How did you learn about Dfest?

Its the talk of the town. Everybody knows about DFest!

Why did you apply for Dfest?

Because your not a "somebody" if you don't play DFest. All the cool people are doing it.

What is the most fun thing about performing live?

Meeting new people and building a connection with them through music.

Have you performed at Dfest before? If so, what was your favorite part about it? If not, what are you most looking forward to?

Yes, we played DFest last year. Our favorite part was just the overall atmosphere and the fact that its taking place in Tulsa, OK.

Will you be going to the music conference? If so, what are you most looking forward to?

We might be. Just learning and meeting industry titans.

What projects is your band currently working on?

vWe have a new album, our first full-length "Love Gone Mad" coming out August 4th. That day we are also releasing a DVD (Life.Love.Music.Soul) and a novel inspired by the album. We have been busy.

How has the economy changed your band, touring, making music, etc.?

Yes, we are broke.

As a musician, which three bands are you most looking forward toseeing at Dfest?

Citizen Cope most definitely, Blue October, and Cake.

Will you offer meet-and-greets after/before your shows? If so, when/where?

We will just be meeting with fans right after our show.

What's the funniest/weirdest story you have about any song you've written?

We wrote a bunch of love songs and heartache and they all came true for our singer. I think Joey is just writing songs about Chris' life. I guess that isn't really funny, but maybe weird?

What can fans expect during your Dfest performance?

You can expect us to look good and perform some really good songs to the best of our ability.

How is Dfest different from any other show you do?

There are tens of thousands of people there instead of just thousands.

Where would you like your band to be two years from today?

Headling DFest 2011! Continuing to do what we love.

What's the coolest fact about your fans?

They are all the most beautiful people in existence. Their amazing support and helped us get to where we are.

What tips do you offer to "beat the heat" at this July festival?

Have beautiful women with big fans follow you around and feed you grapes.

What's the weirdest/quirkiest fact about any member of your band?v

Our singer Chris is completely deaf in one ear.
