Tulsa’s Marshall Brewing Company will host a dinner tagged The Gastropub Experience at Foundations Restaurant at Platt College, 3717 S. Sheridan Road, at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The dinner will include a cheese course with Amanda “The Cheese Wench” Simcoe.
The dinner will include a variety of hors d’oeuvres, beer tempura-battered cod, housemade bratwurst-ale-and-cheddar chowder, piquant scallop ceviche, Machine-braised brisket puffy masa “taco,” chicken-fried quail drumsticks and the cheese course.
The food will be paired with five Marshall beers — Sundown Wheat, McNellie’s Pub Ale, Old Pavilion Pilsner, This Machine IPA and Oktoberfest Lager.
