NOTICE AND INVITATION TO BIDDERSBID NO. 19.178 Notice is hereby given that the City of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma is accepting Bids on the following Work: FIRE STATION NO. 2 PRECAST & FOUNDATION REPAIR: This project consists of the construction repairs to the precast panels and the foundations at Fire Station No. 2 located at 2300 W Norfolk Drive, Broken Arrow, OK, 74011. The foundation repairs include concrete removal, drilling and installation of concrete piers and grade beam pier cap, and concrete apron repair. The precast panel repairs include ceiling double tee chord reinforcing repairs. Contract No: 193509 Two identical MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETINGS (co-ntractors need only to attend one meeting) will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. and Thursday, September 5th at 2:00 p.m. in the City of Broken Arrow Operations Building located at 485 N. Poplar Ave, Broken Arrow, OK 74012. The meeting will conclude with an optional site visit to Fire Station No. 2. Bids will not be accepted from contractors who are not represented at ONE of the pre-bid meetings by employees who are knowledgeable about the company's construction materials and methods. Proposal Form and Plans are available at the Engineering and Construction Department, 485 N. Poplar Ave., Broken Arrow, Oklahoma 74012. There will be a $25.00 non-refundable charge for Bidding Documents and Plans to be paid at the time they are obtained. If requested Bidding Documents and Plans are to be mailed, the prospective buyer is required give their FED-EX, UPS, DHL, etc., account number and mailing label to the City. Mail requests for Plans to the Engineering and Construction Department, 485 N. Poplar Ave., Broken Arrow OK 74012. In addition, plans are available by paying with a credit card either by phone or in person. If obtaining plans by phone, please have your credit card number and shipping account number available. Sworn statement of the Bidder's assets and liabilities, technical qualifications and performance in the form of the latest annual report and financial statement are not required to be submitted with the Bidder's Proposal, but the City may require such statements prior to award of the construction contract.
