The North Two Hundred Ninety (290) feet of Lot Four (4), VALLEY BEND SUBDIVISION, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, according to the Recorded Plat thereof, LESS AND EXCEPT all of the following described real estate, to-wit:

A parcel of land lying in the North 535.00 feet of Lot 4, Valley Bend Subdivision of the North 660.00 feet of Lot 1, Section 7, Township 18 North, Range 13 East, Tulsa county, State of Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Lot 4:thence East along the North line of Lot 4, 159.00 feet to the Northeast corner thereof; thence South along the East line of Lot 4, 35.00 feet; thence West and parallel to the North line of Lot 4, 154.00 feet; thence Southwesterly 7.07 feet to a point on the West line of Lot 4; thence North along said West fine 40.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
