You and each of you, are hereby notified that the Plaintiff has filed a Petition in the District Court of Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma, Case No. CV-19-103, against you, and each of you, alleging that it is the fee simple owner of the following described real property situated in Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit:
The West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (W/2 SW/4 SW/4 SE/4) in Section Thirty (30), Township 18 North, Range 15 East of the Indian Base and Meridian, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma, according to the United States government survey thereof.
That the Defendants and each of them named herein may claim some right, title, claim or interest in and to the real property involved herein adverse to that of the Plaintiff, which constitutes a cloud upon the title of the Plaintiff; and that the Defendants, and each of them, have no such right, title, claim or interest either in law or equity, in and to the property, as set forth in the Petition filed herein. That the Defendants, and each of them, be adjudged to have no right, title, claim, estate or interest in and to the real property involved in this cause of action and that they, and each of them, be perpetually barred and enjoined from setting up or asserting any right, title, claim, estate or interest in and to the Property. That the Defendants, and each of them, must answer the Petition filed herein by Plaintiffs on or before October 17th, 2019, or the Petition will be taken as true and correct, and judgment shall be rendered decreeing that the Plaintiff is the owner of the property described in the Petition, free and clear from any right, title, claim, estate, encumbrance, or other interest of the Defendants in and to the Property.
