Case No. PB-19-90 Judge: Shook COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING TO: All persons interested in the Estate of Tammy McCoy, a/k/a Tammy Purdy, you are hereby notified that on the 2nd day of October, 2019, the Petitioner; Jerry D. McCoy, Jr., filed in the District Court of Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration. The Petitioner has alleged that Tammy McCoy, a/k/a Tammy Purdy, age fifty (50), died on April 5, 2019, domiciled and residing in Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma and that the total value of the decedent's property in Oklahoma is less than $200,000.00. The Petitioner has diligently searched for and failed to find a Will executed by the Decedent. The Petitioner, therefore, alleges that the decedent died without a Will and has asked that this Court admit the decedent's estate to summary proceeding pursuant to 58 O.S. § 245, et seq. In an Order for Combined Notice entered herein, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law; order notice to creditors; and issue an Order for hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration, the Final Accounting, and Petition for Determination of Heirship and Distribution. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Tammy McCoy, a/k/a Tammy Purdy, deceased, are required to present same, with a description of all security interest and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner, Jerry D. McCoy, Jr., c/o BreeAnn R. Rice, Rice Law Office, PLLC at 109 N. Broadway, Coweta, OK 74429 on or before the 2nd day of November, 2019, or the same will be forever barred. Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held on the 3rd day of December, 2019, at 9:00a.m. in Room 2 of the Wagoner County Courthouse, Wagoner, OK. At the hearing the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration and the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirship and Distribution of the Petitioner. The Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirship and Distribution will be filed herein on or before the 13th day of November, 2019. You are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Petition for Summary Administration and Admission of Will to Probate and the Final Accounting and Petition for Determination of Heirship and Distribution at least ten (10) days before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner's attorney c/o BreeAnn R. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court.
