Case Number CV-19-1291 NOTICE BY PUBLICATION The State of Oklahoma to: The Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns, immediate and remote of Bettie Ione Wiley. You and each of you are hereby notified that Donna Yvette Wiley has filed in the District Court of Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma her Petition against the Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Trustees and Assigns, immediate and remote of Bettie Ione Wiley, deceased, alleging that Bettie Ione Wiley, deceased, died seized and possessed of the following described real property:

25 South Phoenix, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74127, more properly described as:

Lot Ten (10), Block Twenty-Seven (27), OWEN ADDITION AMENDED an Addition in the City of Tulsa, County of Tulsa, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof;

Section 02, Township 19 Range 12 of the Indian Base and Meridian, State Oklahoma;

that the Plaintiff has an interest in said property due to her status as an heir of Bettie Ione Wiley; that Defendants, the known and unknown heirs executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote of Bettie Ione Wiley, deceased claim some right, title or interest in and to said real property adverse to the Plaintiff or in common with the Plaintiff which constitutes a cloud on the Plaintiff's title; there has been no judicial determination of heirship as to said Bettie Ione Wiley, deceased, and which heirs should, be granted title in and to said property, judicially determining the names and individual identity of each and allthe persons who took or were entitled to take, said real property under the intestate laws of succession in force at the time of the death of said deceased, and applicable to the distribution of said real property, and the proportion or part thereof that each should take or are entitled to take, as heirs of Bettie Ione Wiley, deceased; that there are known and unknown heirs of Bettie Ione Wiley, deceased and that the unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote of Bettie Ione Wiley deceased, be required to show what right, title or interest, if any, that they now have in and to said real property in common with or adverse to the right title and interest of Plaintiff; that: Donna Yvette Wiley (Daughter) Madeline Carol Wiley (Daughter) Roger Bruce Wiley (Son) be adjudged heirs of Bettie Ione Wiley, deceased and as the owners of all of the interest held by the deceased in said property, and the title of the Plaintiff and heirs as mentioned in and to said real property be quieted against any and all other heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote of Bettie Ione Wiley, deceased and that all other claimants be perpetually barred from asserting any right title or interest in said property. That said Defendants, and each of them who object to the allegations stated herein must answer the petition filed by the Plaintiff on or before the 24th day of December, 2019, or said petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered adjudging and decreeing: Donna Yvette Wiley (Daughter) Madeline Carol Wiley (Daughter) Roger Bruce Wiley (Son) to be the owners of said real property and entitled to the possession thereof as tenants in common, and that any other claimants or Defendants have no right title or interest therein, and quieting the title of: Donna Yvette Wiley (Daughter) Madeline Carol Wiley (Daughter) Roger Bruce Wiley (Son) against all adverse claims of said other Defendants or claimants.
