You and each of you are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court of Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, in the above-styled cause wherein Plaintiff seeks to quiet his title in and to the following described real property, to-wit:
Lot Thirteen (13), Block Three (3), Huffman Heights Addition to Dawson, now an Addition to the City of Tulsa, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded plat thereof.
