PB-2019-940 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING To: All persons interested in the estate of Lisa Kay Hane, deceased You are hereby notified that on the 29th day of October, 2019, the Petitioner, Linda Sue Hane, filed in the District Court of Tulsa County, Oklahoma, a Petition for Summary Administration. The Petitioner alleged that the decedent, Lisa Kay Hane, died intestate on December 23, 2016, an adult, domiciled and residing in Tulsa County, Oklahoma; and that the total probable value of her property is less than $200,000.00. The names, ages, and last-known addresses of the administrators, executors, non-petitioning co-nominees, heirs, legatees and devisees of the decedent, Lisa Kay Hane, so far as known to the Petitioner, are as follows: Name Age Last-Known Address Relationship Linda Sue Hane Adult 9208 South 90th E Avenue Sister Tulsa, Oklahoma 74133 In the Order for Combined Notice and Order Appointing Special Administrator, entered herein, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, Appointing Special Administrator, Waiving the Filing of General Inventory and Appraisal, and Waiving the Filing of a Final Accounting, all creditors having claims against the above decedent are required to present same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim to Linda Sue Hane, c/o Munson & McMillin, P.C., 247 North Broadway, Edmond, Oklahoma 73034. The claim of any creditor will be barred unless the claim is presented no more than thirty (30) days following the granting of the order admitting the petition and combined notice. Notice is hereby given that this matter has been set for hearing on the 15th day of January, 2020, at 9:30 a.m., at the Tulsa County Courthouse, 500 South Denver Avenue, Room 701, before the Honorable Judge Kurt G. Glassco. At the hearing, the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration, distribute the property of the decedent, determine the heirs, legatees, and devisees, of the decedent, and discharge the Special Administrator. You are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Petition for Summary Administration before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner's attorneys, Munson & McMillin, P.C., 247 North Broadway, Edmond, Oklahoma 73034, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court. If an objection is filed before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing, whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed.
