The Home Builders Association of Greater Tulsa announced it will host its 2019 Greater Tulsa Parade of Homes, June 15-23.

The free event will showcase over 150 new homes, valued from $150,000 to more than $1 million, in nine cities across the Tulsa region, including Owasso and Collinsville.

Held every year, The Parade of Homes invites guests to acquaint themselves with the area’s top builders and preview the latest in neighborhood amenities.

Owasso will feature 13 houses in Homestead, Vintage Oaks, Boulder Point, Forest Blend, Quailbrook Estates, Sheridan Crossing and Stone Canyon.

Collinsville will also feature 11 houses in Ashbury Park, Copper Crossing, Hollow Creek, Meadows at Rock Creek, Northern Territory, Stone Lake, Tyler Crossing and View Point Estates.

In addition to headlining the homes, the event will also host an extended-hour Twilight Tour at Stone Canyon from 6-9 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, to showcase the various trends in Greater Tulsa amentities.

“The 2019 Parade of Homes features some of best builders in the state. One of the most exciting events of this year’s Parade are the Twilight Tours, featuring four outstanding neighborhoods,” said Jeff Starkweather, local builder and chairman of the 2019 Greater Tulsa Parade of Homes.

“It is the only event that allows shoppers to explore and visualize all of the options in new home construction and speak directly with Tulsa’s best builders. Builder representatives are on hand to answer questions at each entered home during event hours. It is a great way to find the builder, neighborhood and home that best suits your lifestyle.”

More than 60 local building companies are participating in this year’s event.

Owasso will be represented by Epic Custom Homes, Ironwood Custom Homes, Tocara Custom Home Builders, Executive Homes, Hayes Custom Homes, Executive Homes, 1st Choice Quality Builders, Simmons Homes LLC and Smalygo Properties.

Likewise, Collinsville will be represented by Home Creations, Winkley Homes, Smalygo Properties, Old School Construction, Capital Homes, Simmons Homes LLC and Hayes Custom Homes.

Potential buyers will have the opportunity to explore hundreds of floor plans to view the latest innovations in everything from technology to energy efficiency and home decorating ideas.
