A Tulsa man was arrested on drug complaints in Sand Springs this week.

An officer saw a Honda Civic stopped on 7th Street facing westbound in the wrong lane and saw two people in the car. The driver was identified as Jahan Banki, 27, according to an incident report.

The officer found the occupants were passed out with the car running and had to knock on the window multiple times before Banki responded, according to a report.

Banki admitted to taking Xanax that he’d gotten from a friend before driving, a report states.

The officer found pills and a bag containing heroin in Banki’s pants, according to a report.

Banki was arrested on complaints of actual physical control of a vehicle under the influence, possession of a schedule I-II controlled drug, possession of a schedule III-IV controlled drug.
