A woman was arrested for allegedly breaking into a home early Sunday while the family was inside.
Sand Springs Police Capt. Todd Enzbrenner said Alesha Kite, 35, got into a house near the intersection of McKinley Avenue and 6th Street around 2 a.m. Sunday, July 7 through a window.
Enzbrenner said there were at least four people in the home at the time of the break in—two adults and two children.
“She didn’t take anything,” he said. “She scared…the family.”
Enzbrenner also said Kite appeared to be high on drugs.
Kite was arrested on complaints of public intoxication and breaking and entering. She has a court date set for July 9 and her bond is set at $500, according to Tulsa County Jail records.
