The Sand Springs Rotary Club celebrated accomplishments for 2018-2019 and announced plans for 2019-2020 at its President’s Banquet this week.

The President’s Banquet was June 27 at Bright Morning Farm at 5802 S. 145th W. Avenue.

“I want diversity, balance and a thing I call being Rotary,” incoming club President Tom Cobb said. “We’ll be doing good in the community and the world.”

McClure thanked her fellow club members for their effort on Rotary Club initiatives during the last year and presented awards, including the Paul Harris Fellow award to Erik Stuckey. The Paul Harris Fellow program reportedly recognizes individuals who contribute, or who have contributions made in their name, of $1,000 to The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International.
