The Skiatook Bulldogs present the Speed and Strength Camp June 17 — August 8.

The program is designed to improve an athlete’s speed, agility, conditioning and strength. The camp will feature a combination of weight lifting, bands, stretching, form running, agility drills, resistance training, overspeed running, plyometrics and anaerobic training.

The camp is open to all male athletes from 6th through 12th grades. The camp will be held on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays with no class on July 1st, 2nd and 4th. The cost is $50 per athlete.

Ninth through 12th grades will meet from 7-8:15 a.m. Sixth through 8th grade will meet from 8:45-10 a.m. through July 30th. There will not be classes July 22nd, 23rd and 25th.
