ARRESTS

Brandon Wayne Arnold, was arrested June 5 on complaints of public intoxication.

Jacob Michael Brown, was arrested May 31 on complaints of a Wagoner County warrant.

Michael Sean Dillard, was arrested May 31 on complaints of a City of Coweta warrant (x2)-disobey stop light and speeding, corner cutting prohibited to avoid traffic control devices and speeding-business and rural.

Jonathan Wayne Haring, was arrested June 4 on complaints of unlawful fighting, assemblies.

Luis Carlos Hernandez, was arrested June 2 on complaints of carries any weapon under the influence of alcohol; any person fails or refuses to identify the fact that he is in possession of a concealed handgun when the person comes into any law enforcement officer during any arrest; transports a loaded firearm; knowingly or willfully aids, abets or encourages a minor to be a delinquent child or a runaway child (first offense); possession of drug paraphernalia; possession Schedule III, IV or V marijuana (first offense); possession Schedule I or II (first offense); consumes or inhales intoxicants in public place and transports intoxicating beverage or low-point beer.

Brandon Lee Holahta, was arrested June 5 on complaints of two City of Coweta warrants.

Trey Tiger Johnson, was arrested June 5 on complaints of sells or offers to sell or operates a motor vehicle without at least two stop lamps and two turn signals as required by law; operates a vehicle without proper license plate or decal on which all taxes due the state have not been paid; any person under age of 21 evolves in the possession of any intoxicating beverage; aggravated driving under the influence (having a blood or breath alcohol concentration of fifteen-hundredths (0.15); knowingly transports in any moving vehicle any open alcoholic beverage or container; possession Schedule III, IV or V marijuana (first offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ryan Austin King, was arrested June 5 on complaints of drinks intoxicating liquor in public except on premises of a licensee.

Jaccie Lamb, was arrested June 5 on complaints of a local warrant.

Justin Robert Madlock, was arrested June 5 on complaints of following vehicle too closely, transports intoxicating beverage or low-point beer and driving under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substance (first offense).

Hope Falen Spriggs, was arrested June 4 on complaints of speeding-business and rural and driving under suspension.

Jacob Lynn Strawn, was arrested June 1 on complaints of driving or operating vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substance (first offense) and fails to obey any traffic control device or sign.

Ashley Lynne Tuthill, was arrested June 3 on complaints of consumes or inhales intoxicants in public place.

JUVENILE ARRESTS

A juvenile male was arrested June 1 on complaints of public intoxication.

A juvenile male was arrested June 1 on complaints of runaway juvenile entered NCIC per Tulsa Police Department, no driver’s license, defective equipment, no security verification and transporting open container.
