OKLAHOMA CITY The Oklahoma Health Care Authority is encouraging SoonerCare (Oklahoma Medicaid) members to call the SoonerCare Helpline if they need assistance with their medical benefits following recent severe weather events across the state.

Assistance is available to help members with issues such as replacing lost or destroyed medication or durable medical equipment, finding providers, or obtaining transportation to medical appointments. SoonerCare members who have had to move, even temporarily, are also encouraged to call the Helpline to update their address.

The SoonerCare Helpline is available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 1-800-987-7767.
