Wagoner Arrests

Information in this column is obtained from public records at the Wagoner Police Department for the period ending July 3, 2019.

ARRESTS

Jennifer Lee Sharp, was arrested June 15 on complaints of trespassing and shoplifting-petit larceny.

Jesse Wayne Wiley, was arrested June 17 on complaints of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Rodney Allen Burton, was arrested June 18 on complaints of simple assault.

Armando Elmer Borja, was arrested June 18 on complaints of larceny of merchandise from retailer or wholesaler, trespassing, possession Schedule I or II (except marijuana, second or subsequent), possession of drug paraphernalia and eludes or attempts to elude peace officer (first offense).

Cody Kristopher Davis, was arrested June 18 on complaints of failure to ride on bicycle paths in proper manner or riding bicycle on roadways when bicycle paths are available and obstructing officer.

Cody Kristopher Davis, was arrested June 19 on complaints of eludes or attempts to elude peace officer (first offense) and by means of force or violence resist any executive officer in the performance of his duty.

Travis Choe Benefield, was arrested June 20 on complaints of eludes or attempts to elude peace officer (second and subsequent offense), possession Schedule I or II (except marijuana, second or subsequent), receives, possesses, conceals, sells or disposes a stolen or converted vehicle and driving under suspension.

David Francisco Steele, was arrested June 22 on complaints of failure to register/operate motor vehicle with expired registration, driving under suspension and failure to comply with insurance law.

Joshua Daniel Collier, was arrested June 23 on complaints of domestic abuse in the presence of a child.

Cassie Dawn McGovern-Styles, was arrested June 25 on complaints of petit larceny-shoplifting and trespassing.

Jody Lee Rankins, was arrested June 26 on complaints of petit larceny (value of property taken is not more than $500), credit card or debt card fraud and receives, holds or conceals a credit card which was lost or mislaid.

Timothy Clark Beeler, was arrested June 27 on complaints of uses tincture of opium, tincture of opium camphorated or any derivative thereof by the hypodermic method and petit larceny.

Charlie Ray Jones, was arrested June 28 on complaints of violation of protective order (first violation).

Jesse Wayne Wiley, was arrested June 28 on complaints of trespassing and solicits any contribution as a charitable organization or for a charitable purpose by means of a knowingly false or misleading statement or representation, advertisement or promise.

Robert Keith Hutchinson, was arrested June 30 on complaints of public intoxication.

Carley Lockaton, was arrested July 1 on complaints of driving under the influence.

Justin Duane McMurrian, was arrested July 2 on complaints of failure to obey any traffic control device or sign, failure to use required signals when turning or for turning while in incorrect or unsafe position, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to comply with Compulsory Insurance Law.

June 15

Officers took a report of larceny/theft from building in the 300 block of S. Lincoln.

June 18

Officers took a report of burglary/larceny/theft from motor vehicle in the 400 block of S. Dewey.

Officers took a report of larceny/theft-shoplifting in the 200 block of S. Dewey.

Officers took a report of simple assault in the 800 block of S.E. 10th St.

June 19

Officers took a report of a missing person in the 100 block of S. Casaver Ave.

June 20

Officers took a report of welfare fraud in the 1000 block of S.W. 4th St.

Officers took a report of a protective order violation in the 1100 block of S.W. 12th St.

June 21

Officers took a report of embezzlement in the 1500 block of S. Hwy 51.

June 22

Officers took a report of burglary/larceny/theft from coin-operated machine or device in the 1200 block of S. McQuarrie.

Officers took a report of a protective order violation in the 800 block of N. Jefferson St.

June 23

Officers took a report of breaking and entering in the 1200 block of W. Cherokee.

Officers took a report of vandalism/destruction/damage of property in the 200 block of N.E. 11th St.

June 24

Officers took an information report in the vicinity of the railroad tracks near W. Cherokee and Prairie Ave.

Officers took a report of larceny/theft from building in the 1000 block of S.W. 4th St.

Officers took a report of simple assault in the 1200 block of S.E. 1st St.

June 25

Officers took a report of animals not to be at large in the vicinity of N.E. 3rd St. and State.

Officers took a report of burglary/larceny/theft from coin-operated machine or device in the 1200 block of S. McQuarrie.

Officers took a report of possession of paraphernalia in the vicinity of S.W. 2nd St. and Martin Luther King.

Officers took a report of tampering with public utilities in the 700 block of N.W. 8th St.

June 27

Officers took a report of threats/intimidation in the 600 block of S.E. 11th St.

June 28

Officers took a report of violation of restraining order and stalking when there is a restraining order in the 1400 block of Trenton Circle.

July 1

Officers took a report of petit larceny in the 300 block of N. Blake.

Officers took a report of embezzlement in the 400 block of S. Dewey.

July 3

Officers took a report of stolen vehicle/motor vehicle theft in the 500 block of S.E. 5th St.
