Gathering Place announced its 2019 Signature Event Calendar. From cultural celebrations and food festivals to sports tournaments and seasonal events, it includes 11 free events from June to December.

“The one-of-a-kind signature events are designed to be world class by distinction and diverse in content to appeal to all demographics and provide unique engagements for guests,” said Executive Director Tony Moore. “We are proud to share this calendar of events and we look forward to welcoming Tulsans and visitors into the Park for experiences like none other.”

Caribbean Vibes (June 22-23)

Catch tropical waves with a weekend packed full of Caribbean music, dance, food and dancing. Enjoy a daylong carnival-like Calypso celebration Saturday and come back to rock-steady Sunday with legends of reggae.

La Fiesta de Tulsa (July 26)

With live music and festive food and drinks, La Fiesta de Tulsa will bring all of the Latino cultures together for one night.

Riverside Ribfest (Aug. 17)

Riverside Ribfest is a day of grilling, chilling and challenging some of the top BBQ masters in the region. With live music, local brews and unlimited barbecue.

Tulsa 3 on 3 (Sept. 6-8)

The first annual Tulsa 3 on 3 basketball tournament will make a swish this September at the multi-use Sport Courts. Be on the lookout for celebrity sightings with current and former NBA players joining in the mix at Gathering Place.

Tulsa Beer & Wine Festival (Sept. 21)

Stroll through landscape gardens and treat your taste buds to exquisite food pairings with local and national craft beers and exotic wines. Glean useful culinary tips from master chefs and expert wine vintners. Enjoy food samplings from favorite local restaurants and serenades of string musicians and nonstop live entertainment. Tickets for tasting will be available for purchase.

Celebration Asia (Oct. 5)

Celebration Asia is an immersive festival celebrating the diversity and heritage of Asia that will take guests around the world to learn firsthand about the various Asian cultures through music, dance, art, film and food.

Trucktober: Ultimate Food Truck Experience (Oct. 12)

Trucktober is a culinary explosion of any and every type of food prepared on wheels. Venture from truck to truck and taste unique cuisines locally prepared with international flare. Bring an appetite to try some of the most popular and unique food trucks of all time, all in one location.

Tulsa In Harmony (Oct. 19)

This is an inspirational night of music and dance where local and nationally acclaimed Gospel singers will gather together in one place to share their love of music and gift of harmony.

Sweets & Treats on Spooky Street (Oct. 25-31)

Meet us on Spooky Street for a kid-friendly family event where free candy stations will be a real scream. With fun games, costume contests, live entertainment and so much more.

Indigenous Celebration (Nov. 9)

To honor and celebrate Native American culture, Gathering Place is hosting a Native Food and Art Market Festival. From art, music, food and fashion, this festival will provide a rare opportunity to meet native artists and learn about contemporary Indian arts and heritage.

Winter Wonderland presented by American Airlines (Dec. 13-Jan. 1)

Gathering Place will once again transform into a Winter Wonderland, spreading holiday cheer with special performances and carolers, a holiday market, festive food, holiday drinks, a train for kids and, of course, thousands of twinkling lights turning the 5-acre Adventure Playground into a festive holiday village. Don’t forget to capture a holiday family photo with Santa Claus by the fireplace.
