Rocked by storm and flood damage, some Oklahomans may need to, at least temporarily, get away from it all.

Jim James and Anderson East will perform Monday, June 17, at Cain’s Ballroom. If you know of people who deserve to be treated to a show, you can purchase discounted tickets, according to a recent news release from Cain’s Ballroom. Doc Roc Productions and Cain’s Ballroom are donating 10% of all tickets sales for the show to the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma.

“Several people in our communities have been affected by the recent weather over the past few weeks,” said the news advisory.

“If you have been affected, or have a family member, friend or neighbor who has been adversely affected, we would like to help.”

Up to four tickets can be purchased for $11 each by using promo code MIRACLE when ordering tickets through this link:

“For just $11, you can send someone who has had a hard time to experience a great night of music and escape,” the news advisory said.

“Hopefully this can be a small respite for those most affected by the recent storms.”

James, who has spent the better part of almost two decades as the lead singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist of the Grammy-nominated group My Morning Jacket, is touring in support of his “Uniform Distortion” album.

Nondiscounted tickets are $31 in advance and $35 the day of the show.
