Kongos will perform Oct. 1 at Cain’s Ballroom as part of the group’s 1929 Tour, Part Two and will be joined by special guest Fitness.

Tickets are on sale at the Cain’s Ballroom box office and cainsballroom.com. Tickets are $20, plus fees, in advance and $23, plus fees, the day of the show.

Kongos is made up of brothers Johnny, Jesse, Dyland and Danny Kongos. They are the sons of John Kongos, who charted hits in the 1970s, and they are continuing his musical legacy.

The brothers got their first break in 2011, when “I’m Only Joking” became a radio smash in South Africa, followed by multiple top 40 hits from their second album, “Lunatic,” including “Come With Me Now,” which would go on to put Kongos on the map in the United States and worldwide in 2014.
