Addison Clark

A Muskogee man was killed in a suspected drunken driving crash in Muskogee on Friday night that left his wife in critical condition.

Muskogee Police Department Public Information Officer Lincoln Anderson said Josh Jackson, 32, was pronounced dead at Saint Francis Hospital in Muskogee. Jackson’s passenger, Emilie Jackson, 27, was in critical condition at St. John Medical Center in Tulsa.

Police arrested Addison Clark, 29, at the scene near Manitou and North York streets on complaints of first-degree manslaughter, driving under the influence, driving under suspension, failure to yield and transporting an open container.

Clark reportedly turned left from the northbound lanes of York Street in a Dodge Nitro. The victims were southbound on a 2004 Harley Davidson motorcycle when Clark reportedly turned in front of them.

Clark was previously cited in Muskogee County for speeding, driving under suspension, failure to pay and failure to appear, according to court records.
