Vice President Mike Pence and his wife, Karen, left Fort Myers, Florida, early Tuesday and are expected to arrive at Tulsa International Airport on Air Force Two about 11:25 a.m.

At 11:55 a.m., Pence is expected at the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma. At 1:25 p.m., Pence and his wife are to meet with families affected by flooding.

Pence departs Tulsa at about 2:50 p.m.

“Although it’s under these sad circumstances, I look forward to welcoming the Vice President to Tulsa,” U.S. Rep. Kevin Hern said in a news release. “After the heart-wrenching weeks our state has suffered through, it’s good to know that President Trump and Vice President Pence have our backs and are here to help our community rebuild.”

Pence previously appeared in Tulsa last October at a rally for then-GOP gubernatorial nominee Kevin Stitt.
