Race Riot 2

In regard to the City of Tulsa looking for mass graves from the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre and digging up remains that are over 100 years old, why not erect a large, beautiful memorial over the designated area?

This would be a lasting remembrance to the innocent lives lost in a terrible time in our history.

This seems more fitting to me than large piles of dirt.
