Viktor Hovland (OSU)

Closed strong with a 4-under 67 in the final round to finish at 4-under 280 — breaking the record (282) for an amateur at the U.S. Open last set by Jack Nicklaus at Cherry Hills in 1960. He had six birdies and two bogeys, rising 15 spots to finish tied for 12th. Hovland, along with former Cowboy teammate Matthew Wolff, will make his pro debut this week at the Travelers Championship. 

Rickie Fowler (OSU)

Shot a 1-over 72, dropping 10 spots to finish at 2-over 286, tied for 43rd place. His round included two bogeys and a birdie.

Abraham Ancer (OU)

Fell back in the final round, shooting a 5-over 76, dropping 32 spots to tie for 49th place with a final score of 3-over 287. His final round included five bogeys, a double-bogey and two birdies.

Charles Howell III (OSU)

Shot a 1-over 72, dropping four spots to finish tied for 52nd at 4-over 288. His round included three birdies and four bogeys.
