Sunday game report: Taylor Kohlwey hit a walk-off single with one out in the ninth inning as the Amarillo Sod Poodles topped the Tulsa Drillers 2-1 Sunday night at Hodgetown baseball park in Amarillo, Texas.

Owen Miller scored the game-winning run. He led off the inning with a single and advanced to second on a flyout.

The Drillers jumped out to a quick lead on a double by Cody Thomas that scored Gavin Lux.

In the top of the fifth, Lux was thrown out at home by Amarillo center-fielder Buddy Reed when he tried to score on a single by DJ Peters.

Amarillo then tied it in the bottom half of the inning.

Lux singled three times and also stole two bases for the Drillers.

Hitting at home: Tulsa’s top hitters at ONEOK Field this season are Keibert Ruiz (.319), Cristian Santana (.318), Gavin Lux (.303), Josh Thole (.300) and Logan Landon (.299). Lux has a team-high seven home runs at home.
