Bixby defensive back Jordan Reagan said he plans to play football at Oklahoma State University.

He thanked his mother for her support and announced his decision Tuesday on Twitter, including hashtags #AGTG #Committed #GoPokes and #MakeMomProud.

Reagan was a reliable coverage man for the Spartans last season, helping them win the 6A Division II title. He had four tackles in the 34-13 win over Stillwater in the state final and caught one TD pass during the season.

He also had offers from Memphis, Dartmouth and the service academies, among others.

Verbal commitments are nonbinding. Senior athletes can sign letters of intent with NCAA schools in December.
